We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and it must be in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@masudelight.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If you send items back to us without first requesting a return, they will not be accepted.
Please look over your order when you get it and contact us immediately if you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and rectify it.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded automatically on your original payment method. Just so you know, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
